Non replacement of Inferior quality of AC

I had purchased a LG split AC from LG dealer, PAI International, Bangalore.

The dealer's installation engineer and LG personnel have observed the problem at my place and

acknowledged the problem that it is full of scratches after they removed the plastic coverings themselves.

After dicussion, the dealer (Vijay Kumar) informed me that is is not him who will be sending me a new AC as replacement but it would be LG, and the same has been acknowledged by LG personnel

(Surendra). It's about 3 days since LG has promised but there is no sign of them.

LG is a cheat and i have seen that they never deliver what they promise.

My advice to all consumers is to not make full cash payment before receving any product

and inspecting the same yourself by removing all the covers.

Actually i was delivered a product that was kept for display as it was full of dust when i inspected it

and the product was not sealed. I was told that the seal has been removed for inspection but no inspection was carried out by the dealer, it was just a drama. Also, the dealer had no time to stamp

his sign on the product's warranty cards. I donot know what Viyay Kumar of PAI international means by the word inspection...
