Very Very Poor-worst Service of LG

Hello,

I have registered for TV not working complain on 27th April and till date the issue is not resolved and I have made approximately 15-20 calls to call centre but they say only one recorded message " we have escalated" to whom no idea, This is new model of LG TV with Model No: 29" FU3AGTG, I am not understanding if there is no spare part for new TV and its been 5 days still no idea when will they get the spare part its really disappointing service and very bad reputation for any LG customer, Worst part is no deadline is there when the call will get resolved which is not acceptable and another shocker was today I called in morning and was told by 1:00PM the service person will come and fix the TV but now same customer care person says is MAY 1st its holiday I don’t understand what to say just the customer care person said we understand ur position, this is non sense from past five days i called 15 times when you are not able to give me a deadline when the issue will be resolved what the point in say in we understand your position to the custome
