I Bought an LG W2234S-BN monitor.
After 6 months the video image is out, called customer service they advised me i can do an RMA online and if i select Advance replacement i will get an answer in 3 to 4 hour.
4 days later my ticket still pending, i called customer service to know the reason for the delay i was told they have lots of repairs ticket and they are behind.
The customer service agent gave an LG reapir center that can assist in my replacement, (Sommex) so i called the location just to be told they only handle PC for LG and not monitors, but they are ready to assist me if i pay 65$ for paper work handling, they will gladly take the Screen and ship it to LG, once they received the new screen they will call me.
Long story short i called customer service just to get that they can't do anything for now i have to wait till my RMA is approved.
SO now in day 5 and my request is still pending, thank good for the advanced replacement imagine what would happen if i have selected regular my screen would be without the 3 warranty by the time they answer.
So to avoid waiting i went out and bought a Samsung Monitor.
Good thing it happened to me i had just placed an order for the company i work for to buy equipment from LG i guess they just lost my buissness.
