1. I have purchased LG washing machine (LG WM WFT7066MW) dated on 28-02 from Vijai Sales in Kharghar. They have delivered, opened and placed the WM in bathroom. When the LG guys cames for fittig, we noticed the missig LINT FILTER. We have told thsi to the vijai sales, they said that someone from LG will come and provide the same in our home address. Few days thereafter, two LG guys came but they told that LINT FILTER will be provided by the Vijai Sales. I don't know why this miscommunication happens when one purched the product.
2. Second, we have won LG DVD players in the scrach card (No. 945265). which we have submitted in original to the Vajai Sales. They told that LG will deliver the product to our home address. but the LG who came, told that, Vajai Sales will have to give it and we have to give them some bribe only then they shall release the product.
Its no the matter of 100 or 1000, but the trust, faith and service. They have broken all this in a single shot.
Its upto you, what a customer means to you.
Its BETTER to buy a HIGH PRIC PRODUCT from a LOCAL SHOPPER, as they have the better service.
I will buy any high price product form MALLS specially, NO to ViJAY SALES.
