I have an LG Washing Machine (Model WD-12330CDP) for 2 years now.
It started giving IE error and we reported a complaint (Complaint No. S9C50600006) in LG Customer Care 3 days ago.
One engineer (Mr. Velu - Mobile Nos. 9739983469) was sent. He diagnosed it to be some impurity clogging the rear filter. He cleaned it and went. I paid Rs. 330 for his visit. But the error recurred.
We again logged a call (Complaint Nos.: S9C50700740) with LG Customer Care. This time another engineer (Mr. Nagendra - Mobile Number: 9739983504) came. He checked and said it is due to a problem in the water source. We got a plumber to check this; No problem found.By now water was leaking all over the place.
Then he called the earlier engineer Mr. Velu - he said only 'Rinse and Spin" option will work because there is a problem in all the other water inputs. Now only "Rinse & Spin" seems to work.
By now 3 days have passed. We called your Service Manager Mr. Sheriff (Mobile Nos.: 9739983501) and asked for a replacement machine till such time that LG is able to rectify the problem. He promised to send a replacement machine by today morning. It is already 12 noon, no sign of replacement yet. And clothes have piled up last 4 days.
I tried calling Mr. Sheriff's mobile number. He does not even pick up the call!!!
That's a summary of the SO-CALLED "LG CUSTOMER CARE".
Can you do something about it?
