Ase plate has come out

I have a fully automatic washing machine i lodged a complaint with service line my complaint no is n9c 62715571 . no body has called up as yet after daily reminders all attempts to talk to any senior person have failed as after holding the line for 5min I am told they are busy on other calls. They say on urgent basis your complaint will be attended in 24 hrs but i am still waiting for a call from any engineer.

I have also lodged a complaint with local service center Swastik services but of no use.

Kindly look into the pathetic situation of your services
