LG Washing Machine
INNER DRUM REPLACEMENT

I have lodge the complain near one month back. Complain no is C09A1211705. I have getting promises that parts is now availble and we are sending person for replacement. This is happening for last 15 days.

I am fed up with chases and waisting time and phone call to n number of places. Even LG Area Service Manager Mr. Charan Balaji is not lifting my phone. He keep his mobile off during day time. His no is 9930362574.

Will anybody on earth listen my complain??
