No service after signing AMC

My above mentioned a/c was signed for a three year AMC on Nov. I was promised 12 services apart from repair and attendance to any problem with the ac (only plastic parts were not covered by the AMC). the term has almost completed and i have not even received 7 services and no one calls or comes even after complain of compressor noise in my ac for more than 8 months now. The inspector Mr. Vaibhav Vartak is hand in glove with the service centre (Comfort Point) at goregaon east and receives kick backs from the service centre (info from reliable sources) and they operate a nexus. will anyone be able to help me with how i can get service for my lg product (which i expect to be the last in my life; having sworn to myself never to buy another lg product). I also need to know where i can complain about this nexus in LG to have an effect on unfortunate customers like me
