Non Getting Receipt of Premium Paid Online from LIC Portal

Good Morning

My Policy Number - 122381455, On 02.02.2009 i paid my premium online from LIC portal & confirmation of premium paid is Successfull on my Bank side (Print Out of that is available), but receipt is not generated.

I compliant so many times to concerned officer in Delhi & Mumbai Branch, Also my NIT Faridabad Branch. But no such action taken.

After three days receipt is availbale under my USER Id & also i am getting e-mail from there end.

But both receipt is not valid.

Receipt available my User Id - Damaged & can't even opened.

E-mail Receipt is having Invalid Digital Signature.

I again complaint so many times but i am not getting my correct copy of receipt.

Please do the needful at earliest.
