I have Polici slip but amount don't show in my policy account

Hello Sir,

I am Suparas Jain.

My policy no.: 301030384

Premium : 10000/-

DOB : 25/05/1976

I have submitted my second premium last year, But amount dont show in my account, while I have also receipt for that amount.

This is known by me before...
