Telephone Nos. of the Branch is not mentioned on the LIC communication/stationery material

Invariably I have found that Telephone No of the LIC Branch is not mentione on their Lettres, Notices Receipts and other communications received from the LIC Branches. I do not know Why. Pl let me know.
