Pension not credited

I am Ex employee of tatamotors, as per pension and group insurance scheme LIC has allotted me annuty no 091H1204087346. As per policy, LIC should credit pension every six month, however from last 3 yaers, pension was not credited. It is very unfortunate that LIC is silent and not sent any update. 3 yaers back, one check of three instalment/pension was paid by Bistupur Jamshedpur branch.

Official should look into this.
