Non credit of pension on due dates and not replying to complains

Dear Sir,

Non Credit of Half yearly pension by LIC.

I am forwarding the mails I addressed to the LIC Bhubaneswar with whom I had an insurance policy which matured in March. I submitted the policy and opted for half yearly payment of pension which fell due on 15th Sept. 2009. When I took up the matter with LIC, the branch and the pension payment department of the zone at Patna replied that it would be credited to my account on 1st Oct. 2009. From that date on I Have been checking my account. I have written so many mails and yet the LIC Bhubaneswar Branch and the Patna pension cell do not have the courtesy to reply to mail. They have not taken any action to my mail to credit the pension immediately with interest and compensate for the mental torture they are subjecting me.

I request the consumer forum to direct the LIC to credit the pension immediately and to compensate me for all the trouble I am taking in going to Bank now and then and veryfying the account whether the pension iscredited or not.

Also direct the LIC to ensure credit of pension on the due dates with out any lapse.

A line in reply as to the action taken on my complaint will be highly appreciated.
