Non deduction of premium thro ECS

I am katade ravindra laxman, i have one policy from lic of India no.954905262, I have registered under ECS for the deduction of premium from my SBI, Katraj, PUNE saving A/C no 10277619113.

I recd a letter for lapsation of policy due to non payment of premium, while for other policies regular ECS premium deduction is there. So what is the problem in deduction of for this perticular policy.
