I am sorry to say that but this is very disgusting and painful that the staff appointed by LIC of India, the biggest Insurance Group of India, don’t know how to deal with the customers, they misbehave and harass the customers despite the customers are ready to give them the complete support to solve the problem if some mistake has been occurred from whom so ever. all staff manage the branch on own rule

when launch 1:30 to 2:15pm they doing launch on 2:30 pm working time also say that collection counter & branch manager says that this is month of march and said that we not to collect the perimum cheque the counter is close i think close time is 3:45pm. what this there is some rules and regulation or not. pls some action against on them.
