LIC housing finance is a fraud company. they will cheat you like anything... don't think that this is govt. bank. I took loan of 50 lacs from vashi branch. Initially i was told by agents that interest rates will be low because of some offer. BUT OFFER IS THERE ONLY FOR 3 MONTHS WHICH I CAME TO KNOW AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION... GO TO CANARA BANK OR BANK OF BARODA... MY FRIENDS TOOK IT FROM THEM. ATLEAST WHATEVER THEY SAY THEY PROVIDE YOU... They don't cheat like LIC housing finance company...
