Cannot surrender because of technical fault

Hi,

My Name is Tushar Mistry. I had taken Jivan Plus (Unit linked) policy 3 years ago (Policy no 864018188) from Valsad (Gujarat) branch. I would like to surrender it as the Sensex is good and I need a money for my investment in Home loan.

It's been almost a month since I approached the Valsad branch office to surrender. I was told then that because of the 'technical problem' they are unable to surrender the policy and I was told to wait for few days. On continuesly follwing up with them, the answer is the same. My wife contacted the zone offfice (Surat) and they reply that there was no written application from Valsad branch of the technical fault and they are not aware of it.

The LIC site's complaint registration page also doesn't work!

And because of that I am in a troble. I desperately need the money and I am helpless. If there is a technical fault then there should be some back up plan that provides the facility to surrender manually, which doesn't exists.

I request you kindly put my request to concerned authority or provide me contact details.
