Ot installed within 10 days of purchase

Dear Sir,

I have bought 40" LCD of Samsung on dated 14.10.2009 from authorised dealer of samsung named "Samsung Plaza" in Agra. I have requested for installing the same with customer care on dated 19.10.2009. My BP No. is 8412187826 for the requested. The LCD is still not installed after several reminders on phone.
