Non recipt of money back amount which was due in 25/7

I am policy holder of LIC policy No; 782852359.As per schedule I should get money back amount Rs 20000 in the month of 25/7 itself but i didn't receive the amount so far. Please look in to the matter and arrange to deliver cheque in priority.
