1.I Mrs. Sherly George an employee of Medical & Health Deptt. Rajasthan taken an policy No. 192788818 under salary saving scheme in March from LIC of India, branch 325, Tripolia Bazar, Jaipur.
2. The premium of policy has been deducting every month from my salary but it could not be adjusting in the policy account due to wrong transfer of master.
3. I did not received the policy bond till date.
4. In this regard I made my all the best efforts at various level, but I could not got any positive response.
