Money Back Policy BIMA GOLD cheque returned by payee bank uncleared

Sir,

i am owing the LIC bima Gold policy (Rakesh Kumar Gupta, Policy No. 216602893) which is a money back policy purchased on 24th March. i recieved a cheque (AXIS Bank, BARABANKI, UP) on 30 March under money back which i deposited in my SBI bank (DMSRDE, Kanpur). cheque was not cleared by local AXIS bank then SBI sent it to BARABANKI (UP) branch of AXIS, from there too it was returned uncleared... i had to bear outstation clearing charges of my bank but without any positive result... please solve my problem... other wise i will file a case in consumer court seeking compensation for monitory losses and metal stress i am going through...

Hope my problem will soon be solved
