Ur credit card statement dated oct 11

Dear sir/madam:

i refer to ur credit card statement of oct 11 n have following complaints:

ur stetement was received on 27th n the last date was 28th which was a holiday. pl ensure that the statement is received atleast 4 working days before.

i cannot understand why int charges n service tax r levied. pl explain.

pl do not repeat do not send the statement by email since the system may not work or if the system is ok power may not be available.

pl revert in detail by email n also a hard copy for my creditcard file.
