Not received LIC premium Receipt

Dear sir/madam

I have paid my due on 2nd march and the end of transaction it shows the error message. I just confirmed with my banker and the transaction was success, also they communicated with LIC regarding the transaction success. Policy #: 717934765. There is no intimation to my mail or mobile about the transaction i made thru LIC website. After one week i didn't received any online receipt. Please let me know how will get my online receipt.
