Dear Sir

Policy No. 710103193 of Late Purusthoma Sundaram

This has reference to the above. The claim for this policy has been Lodged with the T, Nagar Branch, Apex Cambers about 2 months back and I have received the Polciy amount of Rs.50, 000/- along with the bonus within 15 days, but Rs.50, 000/- pertains to accident and Death amount has not been received and I have been following with the T, Nagar Branch for the last 45 days and everytime they give all kind of stories. When I lodged the claim initially I was told the assured amout will be paid within a week and the other part accident claim of Rs. 50, 000/- will be paid within a month as it has to go the Zonal office and get sanctioned there. But to my surprise that this amount is still pending and I do not know what to do and it is going to be almost 6 month since my brother Purusthoma Sundaram had died in a tragic accident.

I never expected that Behmoth like LIC will delay payments like this and that too for geninune case like this and your staff at the branch is not at all bothered about this and they do not seems to have even the basic human consideration and sympathy.

Please intervene and do something to settle this amount. Sorry to bother you Sir.
