Poor and harashment of customer after geting polciy

I have taken a policy whih polciy no. is 10948257 and I have deposited regular premium of Rs. 15000.00 on half yearly basis.

On 09.03.2009 I have issued a at PAR cheque of State Bank of India, no. 8539 dated 09.03.2009 of Rs. 15000.00 and deposited at your Alwar (Rajasthan) Branch and taken your receipt no. A2405420.

To day (01.04.2009) I have received a SMS from you that my said policy has lapsed, that means after 22 days, I am very much surprised to see that said massage even I have issued cheque at PAR, which is clear under two working days. even, before this massage I have not received my returned instrument and no any written massage from.

Now, please note that I have already taken the exemption of Income tax for submit the proof of said investment, now I am defaulter and I will have to depsit the tax of Rs. 5000.00 for the above.

Your system is very week and negelency of your staff why beer the such panelty of Rs. 5000.00 Interest mental tension by a customer. The same can be save if your person gives the information on the right time.

Now finally I request you please arrange to return my said instrument and arrange the above amount which I will have to pay due to negelgency of your staff.

If you not hear my problem such a customer than no option to goes to consumer court.

I hope you will be take in the right sprit and gives the proper response from you at the earliest.
