Ejection of Death Claim

My dad expired last year due to heart attack. While filing up form while taking policy he had some skin problem (probably rashes) and he didnt disclose it in the form. After my father's death LIC Officers claim that he died due to Leprocy (a skin disease).while the death certificate claims of heart attack.

They are jus refusing the claim on the basis of that form. After repeated appeals in the Insurance Ombudsman, they have rejected our plea.

I require some suggestions as what should i do? should i file a case in the Consumer court?
