I would ;ike to inform you about my concern with your store. I came to your store in Oberoi Mall Malad, Mumbai on 24/09 and shopped for over Rs10000 in which one of the transaction stated below

My card was swipped twice as some problem occured. Later when I checked my bank I realized that the problem was with the connection in the store and transaction was approved twice. I called your store and spoke to various people in the store and
one of the slaes staff was Mr Chitan Yadav who tried to helped me out but was beyond his limits. Head Cashier came online took my mail ID and I was told that he will be marking a copy of the letter which he was going to send to the bank. I want the money to be credited back to my account NO:20003828261 - SBI Bank.
I couldnt followup as I had to move out of the country.
I would request your help for the getting my money back.
I expect a response from your side at the earliest
