I purchased Polo Club Sunglass from LifeStyle from Empress Mall, Nagpur on 11.02.2011 vide Bill No 84281 worth Rs. 1, 554/-. After using the product for 1 month, the polish of the sunglass became fade and polish faded from most of the edges of sunglass.

Since the sunglass was under warranted period of one year, I approached Life Style on 05.06.11, I was assured that they will send the concerned piece to the company centre at Mumbai and will revert back within 15 days (Or even less). I was also given a slip as token.

I waited for LifeStyle people to contact me, but I didnot get any call till 21.06.11 and therefore, I called LifeStyle to ask for the whereabouts of my sunglass. I could not get a suitable reply from the representative (I talked to Mr Rohit, Mr Zubair of LifeStyle in next 5 days). I was informed that 1) the sunglass has been sent to Mumbai, but due to rain, the polish is not getting dried up and 2) the sunglass has been sent to Hong Kong for repair.

I finally visited LifeStyle on 26.06.11 for getting either i) my sunglass repaired or (ii) new sunglass as a replacement. I could not find a similar piece in the mall nor find a suitable replacement. They told that the sunglass has not been received at Nagpur.

To the extent of my surprise, I was surprised to see my sunglass still lying in the drawer (where it was placed by the representative, when I handed over the same for repair). It has not moved at all since 25 days and they kept on bluffing that the sunglass is in Mumbai / Hong Kong. One of the reprentative even went to the extent of telling that its on the way back from Mumbai and will reach Nagpur within 24 hours.

Finally, after breaking my head for 2 hours with LifeStyle people, with lots of frustration in my mind and feeling like a fool in front of them, I came back with a credit note (I asked them to give me my money back). I was informed that with the credit note, I will have to purchase a material of the amount from LifeStyle itself.

I could not understand why this should happen when all the mistakes were of LifeStyle people. I strongly desire some strict action is taken against them and they should be made answerable.

I also want to know that whether a company called Polo Club exists and why a sunglass costs Rs - if the company is actually non-existing reputed company.
