Sodexho Gift Pass not Accepted

Dear Sir,

I with my family had visited the Lifestyle stores at Rajouri Garden New Delhi. My company had given me some Sodexho Gift Passes which were Valid upto 2010. When the voucher was presented at the cash counter the cashier refused to accept the voucher as this was valid upto 2010???

This was completely illogical. When i escalated this to the store manager Sunny Vaid he too refused to accept the voucher and was extremely rude in his behavior. I asked him the reason for not accepting the voucher the manager stated that this is valid upto 2010 and they can accept the voucher of a validity of 2009 .

Sir there are 5 months only left in 2009 and the companies will issue a voucher which is valid till 2010 . He was not ready to understand and was adamant that he will not accept and this is could be a fake voucher. The store has called me as a fraud in front of 20-30 people by stating that i am carrying a counterfeit voucher.

The same voucher was accepted at Shoppers Stop stores which is right behind the lifestyle stores the same day but i was humiliated at lifestyle.

I did not know as where to submit my complaint and hence i am writing to you for justice to my humiliation and harassment
