Sodexo passes Not accepted

I want to New Rajesh Provision for monthly groceries purchases, however when tried to pay the bill via Sodexho Meal, they told me that now no more accepting the sodexho meal passed. When I asked the reason why they stopped accepting the sodexho, told in turn that the company is not paying properly in time and they had high cash loss during the exchange. Moreover, sodexho people are not behaving properly nor replying in time.

Any store accepting sodexho, stops suddenly taking the meal passes. Sodexho website do not show the correct results. Sodexho pass is just for show and cannot be used easily in the market.
