Life TIme Connection
Alance comes to zero

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am sending this mail to you from Kolkata a city of West Bengal in India. I have taken a lifetime connection from Reliance but the funny thing is that my balance goes to nil just within 2 days of recharging only because of loading the unwanted songs by Reliance without my permission which results 0 & sometimes negative balance. A number of time I have complained to local Reliance World but all in vain. My details are as follows :
