There was a scheme at Big Bazar at RAJKOT -GUJARAT - india and i have been given a sim card no 9978170269 and collected Rs.22/- with photograph and address proof hwever the same has not been activated since 8/11 you are therefore requested to do the needful and suitable explaination may be clled from the representative to not to spoil the image of the company this complaint is being forwarded to TRAI also.
