Mobile No 9831090392 lifetime prepaid. Outgoing calls not taking place since 02.03.2008 while in roaming. Complaint lodged with Airtel Customercare on15.03.2008. Complaint No: 030811270900. Customercare Executive promised to rectify the problem. No action till date.
Contacted Customercare today, 17.03. 2 times. Senior Executive reports no problem in the system. Gives suggestion to select network manually and the problem will be solved. Accordingly I adviced my spouse, she is carrying the mobile set with her, and currently at RUDRAPUR, UTTARKHAND. However by selecting the Network manualy, the problem has not been solved. Outgoing calls are getting disconnected. Incoming calls, sms incoming and outgoing, are active as before.
There is no direct access to Airtel Prepaid thru email to customer
care service. Every time you call, you repeat the entire story to different customer care executives.
