Hi

I have experienced very bad service from Air Tel.

I have taken a life time prepaid sim card from air tel on jun and used upto dec. After that I went abroad. now i came back try to use but the number was given to somebody else. I asked the help line and they are saying since i did not use for 6 months that number has lost.

REALLY I DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF LIFE TIME CONNECTION FROM AIR TEL.
