I declare that I have not subscribed for any background music from your company or from any concerned and the regular monthly deduction of Rs.30/- from my prepaid account no.9778352145 is arbitrary and illegal. Since the last one month, I am requesting the customer care centers available through my phone and personally also, but to no avail. I am actually tense as I had to manage with my balance for six months. It has resulted in loss of study and mental agony. Therefore, i request you to restore the deducted amount and make good the losses or else I would request my father to take up the matter with appropriate authority.
