I have Life time super polict No. 02569153 drawn in March then I paid instalment in March now in March also paid same instalment, still your peoples sending me letter that you have not paid one installment & policy is Lapsed & telling to submit Personal Health Declaration Form, why I should fill this form, please clear this otherwise I will have to go to consumer protection for this treatment, Your marketing peoples showing big things before appliying policy & after your company sending diffrent letters, this is nothing but cheating with company
