Place the hard disc 80GB instead of 160GB

Dear Sir,

i have purchase a computer CPU from that shop and i give a order of 160GB hard disc but that place the 80GB hard disc in computer yet in the bill he mention 160GB hard disc.i complain to that he accept his mistake he told me to left my CPU for some time on shop and he place that 160GB hard disc but i living in Delhi centt .it is so costly for me to go there as i am a single person in my family .so i request to place that hard disc at my house either he paid me 3000 ruppes for that mistake, sir ragistered my complaint
