I am being unduly charged by 52906

I am being charged Rs.3/-daily through above number. They say service charge but do not elaborate details. Frequently i sent SMS to discontinue/unsubscribe services. They replied " Type Menu" which provved useless. Further they charged Rs.3/- for their sms. I am fade with this and thinking to discontinue BSNL card i.e SIM no. 9421316013.
