I had placed this order no OGA090029292 dated 8-Mar on the internet. The promotional offer included 1 Reebok Shoe size No. 9 (NINE), 1 Reebook Bag & Towel, & 1 Reebok Track Suit (LARGE).
Despite innumerable telephonic follow ups, i kept receiving the consignment with the wrong sizes. I had no option but to return the consignment every time and had clearly mentioned to them about the sizes i had ordered as above.
The company seems to have been satisfied with the payment that they have received, and have quitely preferred to stay mum on my order. They do not seem to be interested in sending my parcel and i am forced to believe the India Today Book Club is one big FRAUD company out to cheat gullible consumers.
I shall be highly grateful if through this august platform, i am either returned my money (Rs.3199/-) or the consignment with the CORRECT sizes as mentioned above at the very earliest.
