I am having Credit Card of ABN AMRO BANK, and using it since 3- 4 Years. Never has it happned that I have done a late payment, but infact I have always paid it advance.

Now in the Month of November. I had spend Rs. 240 using the Card. But the Bank failed to give me the Bill for the same, since then I did not use it. Then suddenly in the Month of Feb the send me an SMS stating that you Card bill of Rs 654.89 has been generated. So I was shocked and investigated and found that the November bill has been defaulted and the new bill with the addition charges and fines have been generated. So I talked to the Bank and got the Fine and the other related charges reversed. Then on 2nd of Feb I deposited a check of Rs 240/- in the Sky pack drop box. Which some how they managed to loose and then I made a complained the Complaint No is 09042003177 and I was told the I would receive a call, but the call never came, then I followed it up 3 to 4 times but to no response from the bank. The a week ago they blocked my card and again send a bill of Rs 722.61. for the same payment.

This is rude, and they cannot charge me for their mistakes.
