Sir,
I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that i have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain problems in it headset. So i went to NOKIA PRIORITY at Ludhiana near Krishna Mandir in Punjab, India. I submitted my headset on 26th march and never got them back. They make excuses everytime and even the girl at reception never attend the phone. Since i have purchased the phone at a very dear price, i expect full value for my money and ask you to try get my headset. I even have some problems with the set but i am worried as they took so long to replace my headsets so how long will it take them to deliver my phone. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
