I CAN GET MY MONEY AND MY CARD BLOCKED

Hi! My card eating cash machine I stay abroad and I Could get my money. Why can help me get my money. I try called to bank but nothing they don't want help me. I very upset because stay in hospital and urgently need money or make transfer to another my card. Anybody please help
