Please block my sim card

Hi,

I came from chennai to Hyderabad on 11-oct, i lost my mobile here

I tried to reach BSNL cutomer care to block my sim card, but the numbers (9400024365 and 9440024345) are not working

Even i went to BSNL customer care office located in lingampally but the response from them to reach the local (chennai) customer care office to block the mobile.

Then what is the pupose of centralization? even i did the same but there is no response.

Please block my sim my card number is 9444014245
