I have taken a new connection inspite of having two connection one of Airtel & another of Reliance, considering that it will give lot of cost saving. But now I feel cheated by a Company like "AIRCEL" which is spending so much money in branding and started cheating to its customer. I have repeatedly compalints to customer care but of no help. Whatever two or three locals I have been able to call those has been charged, therefore I receive the message that I have insufficient balance.
I do not know how you can charge local calls though it is confirmed that i have successfully recharged local rate cutter plan. My SIM has given me lots of Adhoc than pleasure.
Therefore I want to surrender the SIM. Please arrange to refund my Rs. 550.00, I have spent for taking connection.
Please do the needful & oblige.
