Respected Sir/ Madam,
This is to infrom you that I AVIJIT GHOSH Holding a EDC Machine in the name of LOKNATH SAREE EMPORIUM for last 5 years. (MIT No. 50253769 TID No. 31354835)
I Have a problem last month transation Of ` 35385.00 Dated on 31/08 from the EDC machine mention above. The amount not to be credited in my account (106505000043) till date. The Bank Coustmer Care is not done anything to sovle this problem. I have not satisfied with the respone that your C C had given to me.
Therefore I given a refund requst to the customer care of (EDC) on 02/09 (Requst No. SR150609779)
But I not get Any respone from your side till now.
So Please do the needful action to the above problem as soon as possible...
