Dear sir,
I have been given one health insurance policy (lombard) which i want to cancel now. The premium amount of Rs.14, 460 had been deducted from my credit card limit without my permission. Since my son had already taken one policy, I want to cancel it now. Hence I request u to cancel the same and the amount being reversed to my account at the earliest.
