Net is not working for last one week

Sir,

My internet connection is not working for last one week. These days I have inevitable works which I am not able to perform for last one week due to this reason only. I have suffered a lot becouse of this reason. I have spoken to all possible MTNL officials but for no use. I hope the appropriate and quick initiative will be taken on this matter. Or else it would be mandatory to write to senior person of the concerned department.
