Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Shailesh Jadhav, In the month of march one of loop
mobile's agent Vijay Gupta (cell no-9773976192) from Jogeshwari visited
me, he explained various postpaid plans to me, I thought of buying one
loop mobile sim and next day gave him my documents i.e one Driving
licence zerox and one photograph. Till date I have not received any
loop mobile sim and I started receiving calls from loop customer care
that your bill amount is pending for 5 Sim cards.
I have not signed any documents for issue of this numbers and
I don't understand why can't company give a verification call before
starting service to 5 sim card numbers, this seems to be a fraud done
by more than one person and fraudulently got numbers issued in my
name.
After around a month when I got first call from loop mobile
about bill payment, I have clearly told them I am not using a single
card and someone else is using all 5 cards are fake so please
disconnect services to those cards, than also sim cards were not
disconnected and now after crossing credit limits they have finally
disconnected and now they are calling me for payment of the bills.
Every now and then there is call from customer care regarding pending
bills, many a times I have provided details of the agent who issued
fake cards on my name to the customer care executives.
Company should find the persons committing such frauds and
punish them.
these kind of elements are destroying public image of the company.
please look into this matter as early as possible.
