the homeshop 18 service is not good for people. i am ordered the five piece of gold plated jewellery. my order was received and told 6 and 7 days your shipment is placed by you. and when i have received 5 piece of gold plated jewellery in a one piece is broken that jointed one set of earing piece . and i called costumer care representative and he was told with me sir your request is received and your one piece is replaced.
there is 2 months . i am not received one broken piece of earing of women jewellary.
my order number is 701464540. we have not received this piece of two months.
