SUNGLASS PURCHASED BUT FRAME CRACKED

I bought one Sun protection Glass from Shree Vetoba Vision, shanti park, shop 11, Plot 111/112, Sector-23, Opp rly stn Seawood (E), Nerul, Navi Mumbai - 400706, Phone 022-27720086 on 24th May having ref -7405663814700000009747 for Rs.1100.00/- and I asked for replacement it a week ago and yesterday it was refused by the Propietor of this shop by saying I will not replace it. Do what you want. I have no problem.

This is a very disgusting and embarassing that a product of Rs.1100/- of a sun glass cracked less than a year. then where is the quality complience. Customer like us are been fool this way and Shopkeeper does not have any responsibility to change it/
